How campaign information is handled

Information collected

The community form may collect your Whitby area, selected issue, message and participation preference. Your name and email address are optional unless contact is required for a digital volunteer request or you choose to receive updates.

How information is used

Information is used to review community input, understand issue patterns, respond where contact information is provided, coordinate digital volunteers and send campaign updates only where consent has been given.

Access, sharing and retention

The campaign response dashboard is restricted to Manas Khanna’s owner account. Campaign information is not sold or shared for unrelated purposes. Technology providers required to host and operate the website may process information as part of providing those services. Information will be retained only as long as required for campaign operations and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You may submit issue feedback without providing a name or email. You may withdraw consent for campaign updates at any time by writing to hello@manasforddsb.ca.

Important reminder

Do not submit confidential student records, medical details, IEP documents or information that identifies a child. Concerns involving an individual student should be directed through the appropriate school or DDSB process.
